Q: Are the Videoalive products supported?
A: The products are provided "as is". We respond to email messages and provide assistance if you have trouble. The general model is "try before you buy" and when you purchase you are saying you are fully satisfied with the trial version.

Q: Is Videoalive part of VBrick Systems?
A: No, Videoalive in an independent entity. However, VBrick and VBrick customers use Videoalive products and VBrick support staff is familar with many of the Videoalive products. While VBrick support does not provide formal support, they often work with their customers to satisfy the application requirement from a system perspective.

Q: Are there any special requirements for my PC or server?
A: Generally no, unless listed by the application. Many of the applications use the VBrick SDK to control VBrick product, and desktop players and recorders use VBrick StreamPlayer technology in new and novel ways.

Q: Can I request special applications?
A: Of course, just send us an email. We we also monitor http://www.vbrick.com/bb where VBrick customers post questions. We also try to respond to email enquires. If the project is simple, we usually just provide the application and post it on this site. If it is not so quick, we may decline but point to you custom@vbrick.com

Q: Are there products not listed on this site?
